Here is the reply I received from Google, about two days later.

    Hi G.,

Thanks for your email. After verifying your ID proof, I am happy to let
you know that I have manually overridden your PIN requirement and you
won’t be required to enter another PIN for this account in the future.

Going forward, please keep in mind that if your payments are on hold for
any reason other than PIN or phone verification, you’ll need to remove the
holds prior to the 15th in order to be paid in that month. Otherwise, your
outstanding earnings will roll-over to the following month and you’ll be
paid out according to our normal payment cycle.

Once you’ve removed any additional holds from your account, you’ll be
issued a payment at the end of the first month after your balance reaches
    US $100.

For additional questions, I’d encourage you to visit the AdSense Help
Center ( http://www.google.com/adsense_help ) or the official AdSense blog
    ( http://adsense.blogspot.com?utm_source=txft ). Alternatively, feel free
to post your question on the AdSense Help Forum (
    http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdSense?hl=en ).

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

From the time delay I can guess that the Google Adsense support doesn’t work during the Holiday and probably this was the reason why I received the reply from Google on Monday about 12:00 (American Time).

If you contact google consider the time interval difference with America to be able to calculate the approximate delay in time.

I guess if you submit your request to the support during the night time you want get answered until it’s after 10:00 in America.
Probably Google has to work out this in order to optimize their responce times 😉

    Regards,
    Georgi

4 years ago I wrote an article about Adsense top earners. On the top of the list was Markus Frind from Plentyoffish.com with 300 000$ monthly. Second was Kevin Rose from Digg.com with 250 000$. For some time, I’m less interested in the topic, so I do not know who is on the top now. Do you know anything about this?

    Thank you.
I tried to choose the Form of Payment from the menu for Western Union but
recieved this messagge: We’ve noticed that the state code listed in your
billing address does not match any of the official Mexican state codes
    accepted by Western Union.
The problem is that the country is Romania and on the Payee Information page
it is clearly stated that the Postal Code is 700xxx for Iasi in Romania in
    Europe.
    Any advice?

    Cordiali Saluti, / Best Regards,

      Hi Meteor,

I don’t remember ever used “Personal Identification Number (PIN)” request form. It might be that Google has introduced this form just recently.
If you try it and you can confirm it’s also a possible way to receive an adsense pin letter drop a comment pls.

      Thanks

      Best!
      Georgi

        Hi, Georgi

Today Google is blocking my adsense account from displaying ads, it is 5 months from my first request PIN letter. And I use that link to confirm and send my ID card copy to Google Adsense Team. And Only 5 Minutes Google Send me back an email:

        Hello,

Thank you for sending your proof of identity.

I’m happy to let you know that this fulfills the address verification
requirement for AdSense. You no longer need to enter a PIN.

        Sincerely,

        The Google AdSense Team

So I think that all language ID Cards would be received by Google Adsense Team.

Although Google adsense is one of the best program but it’s cpc is continuously degrading and that is somewhat disgruntled for me Hence I am looking for affiliate marketing which is far more better than that of adsense.
