I’m writing a book review of His Eminence Demetrios’ book “Authority and Passion: Christological Aspects from the Gospel of Luke and would like to know how to address His Eminence in an ongoing fashion throughout the review, which I would like to focus on its substantial content rather than on the repetition of “His Eminence.” If anyone has a word on this I would greatly appreciate it.
