I just found out , Maybe a better tuned config supporting also DRI (3D acceleration) in 800×600 and 16 bit Depth is one to be found on URL:
http://www.pc-freak.net/files/xorg.conf.800×600-matrox-mga-g200
If someone has a better solution or just if it worked for u pls drop a comment with G*/ Linux version, kernel version and Xorg release
