And why not using Ccleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) ? You can do a lot of such very great to clean temporary files et registry of a windows machine. And the UI is not crappy 🙂

Hi I don’t like CCleaner. The UI is nice but I think FreeSpacer does better job. Also if I’m not mistaken CCleaner might mess up with registry which I don’t like.
