How to configure bond0 bonding and network bridging for KVM Virtual machines on Redhat / CentOS / Fedora Linux

One useful command related is to have a list of all ethernet cards and dump them to a file for later use.
The simplest way to do it:

# list only ethernets and macs
ip link | awk '{print $2}'

Another important thing I forgot to mention in article it is good to define HWADDR to each and every eth{0,1,2,3} etc. configuration

Update reverse sshd config with cronjob to revert if sshd reload issues

Note that before adding blindly

/bin/systemctl restart sshd

it is a good idea to check whether your Linux OS systemctl location is at same place, on older init V systems use instead /etc/init.d/ssh restart as a restart sequence of the cron.

KVM Virtual Machine RHEL 8.3 Linux install on Redhat 8.3 Linux Hypervisor with custom tailored kickstart.cfg

Because I mentioned a virsh destroy a good hint before using it or using virsh undefine is to make a backup of the created virtual machine just in case with

virsh dumpxml VM_ID > /root/VM_dump.xml or virsh dumpxml name_of_VM > ~/VM_DUMP.xml

That is useful especially if you mistakenly input a wrong VM ID and kill the wrong VM …

Howto Upgrade IBM Spectrum Protect Backup Client TSM 7.X to 8.1.8, Update Tivoli 8.1.8 to 8.1.11 on CentOS and Redhat Linux
Import note to make to prevent you from scaring out yourself is that if you have tested with

dsmc client to connect to the Central backup location server and mistyped some command in the TSM CLI like typed q instead of quite or tried to get out of the program with CTRL + D

You will end up with a strange log messages in dsmerror.log like:

# tail -n 500 dsmerror.log
12/04/2020 15:34:49 ANS1141W Unknown command – exit
12/04/2020 15:37:50 ANS1141W Unknown command – exit
12/04/2020 15:38:41 ANS1141W Unknown command – exit

This is normal and you don't need to worry about. Another thing if you use some kind of data integrity security checking software such as samhain is to update the database because some files will change on the file system.
If you use samhain and add the newly extracted Tivoli TSM rpm package files run:

samhain -l none -t update –foreground –set-mail-severity=none –set-print-severity=notice
